The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. During my first appointment the testing done was thorough and the staff member explained the purpose of each of the tests. Dr. Tremblay is professional and explained what had been found in each of the tests. He was enthusiastic, seeming to enjoy his work. I appreciated his detailed explanation of what had been found and his immmediate referral to a specialist to take care of my problem. He was not hurried nor impatient; in fact, Dr. Tremblay met me at the check out area and made sure that an appointment was made for me with the retina specialist as soon as possible. Because of the ongoing remodel the wait time for the appointment was unusually long, but the staff was pleasant. Im so glad that I found this group of professionals and would refer them to anyone with concerns for their eyes or just a routine eye exam. The staff is excellent.

I have been going to this office AND using the same doctor, Dr. K, for 20 years. Obviously, I like the medical help I get or I would not continue to use them. The only complaint I have is that the wait if often too long.
