I had lasik eye surgery here a week ago. I told my roommate about it then she had hers done here the next day. While we are both happy with our results, we both agree that the bedside manners of the staff during lasik are poor. When I had my procedure I was very nervous and the staff were impatient. They acted like I had no reason to be nervous when My eye is getting almost popped out and my vision goes black. I never mentioned this part of my experience to my roommate until she brought it up after she had hers done. She said they were very rude. One would think a doctor and his staff would be more understanding when encountering nervous patients.

Well organized, efficient, and quick service. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Precautions for COVID-19 were really good!Medical services were efficient as usual. I was surprised that masking was optional even though COVID infection rate is increasing. Some employees also did not use masks! One star less for this compared to previous five stars.

Today was actually my very first day/time here at Mann Eye, in general, and also at the Tomball office. I must say Dr. Tatiana was amazing! Overall service was quite good. Wait time was not that bad, at all, due to filling out the initial paperwork. Everyone there was pretty friendly and helpful. I will go back.
