Have been coming to this location for yrs; RIP Dr. Rinkoff. During recent visit, had my eye exam numbers regarding my vision explained to me by Dazie. No one, in all the years, had explained in detail this information before. I really appreciated that. Fine example of excellent customer service.Now, for the minus. This location needs more stylish and up to date frames. Not everyone wants Ray Bans. Please consider Tom Ford. I'm looking for the large, square, oversized frame. Thank you in advance.

I was in a bad mood when I arrived at Mann Eye Institute, January 8, 2020, but the ladies at the front desk were very kind with me. I thank them much for that. Vanessa (OA) took me back and performed all tests and exams to prepare me to see Dr. Binder. She, too, could probably feel my attitude. Thank you, Vanessa, for helping me with my eye care needs before seeing Dr. Binder. Dr. Binder, thank you for your caring and thoroughness and for all your knowledge and skills ... and for all the laughs. I walked out of your office feeling better than when I arrived. I like your bedside manner, very down to earth, although very professional. Again, I thank all of you, beginning with the ladies in the front office with Mann Eye Institute, for your courtesy and kindness; your professionalism.

Services and personel were professional and thorough. The frames were a bit pricey but then again almost everything is a bit pricey now-a-days...lil-e
