The employees are pleasant. The facility itself is large and kept clean. Dr. Brunson is very knowledgeable and professional. I would have given a 5 star review, but it took a month for me to get my glasses. I would have been fine with the time that it took but they didn't contact me to let me know about the delay. I had to call them and ask about the status of the glasses. I was told that they tried to call me, but my voicemail was full, which was not true. They also had my email address and could have emailed me about the delay but they did not. Other than the delay with the glasses, I am very happy with Mann Eye Institute.

They staff that prepared you for the eye exam was great. They were friendly and attentive to our needs. They staff in the front that assist you with purchasing your frames need to work on their customer service skills. One lady was friendly and I was hoping she helped us, however, the others were not as helpful and did not interact as she did.

Dr Barker is great! The NP was pleasant and knowledgeable. The wait time is never more than 5-10 minuets and the receptionist is adorably friendly.

These folks did a great job for my husband. I went in for my scheduled eye exam on July 13, 2018 for a 1:30 appointment and had to wait 45 minutes before i was called. I told them that I had to be at work by 3:30 and they said they wouldn't have enough time to do a thorough exam. They suggested I reschedule which i did. However I had to take 4 hours of sick time from my job. They apologized. I rescheduled as I felt they are a good clinic based on my husband's results.L Friedman

Excellent care! Polite staff, short wait to be seen, done in 1 1/2 hours. One slight annoyance....after providing the fax & phone number to my mail-away pharmacy, they faxed it to my local Walmart instead. I called to explain that they were supposed to fax it to my mail-away pharmacy. They took down the fax & phone number again (as if it's not in their system under my name) and promised to send it right away. This is going to cause a delay by 7-10 days for the delivery of my prescription. Being on medicare, getting it thru my mail-away pharmacy saves me some money on the cost but the worry about receiving in time is aggravating especially since I had given them all the correct information at the time of my visit. I hope they can handle this better the next time.
