People are great, service is great, options are great. Website, however, has one HUGE glaring omission - no hours. There is no way to tell when you are open. Today is Saturday, I was hoping to pick my new glasses up, but no way to tell if you are open. That sort of information is very important when people are trying to plan around their busy schedules. I called. I got a very pleasant recording, saying no one could come to the phone and please leave my number. Can you not come to the phone because you are closed? Or could you include your hours of operation in the recording, or mention that you are closed if indeed you are closed?

After hearing about my dissatisfaction with the service I had received, I was personally contacted by the office manager. She was extremely apologetic about my experiences and understanding about my frustrations. In response, she did everything in her power to help me get seen in the next few days by a different provider. I was given the first appointment slot of the day and subsequently seen in a very timely manner by Dr. Binder. Dr. Binder was very helpful, kind, and prompt at my appointment. Since then, I have made sure to book only the 1st appointment of the morning or after lunch. At these appointments I have been treated very well by everyone, including the front desk and techs, and I get seen in a very reasonable amount of time. I really appreciate the staff taking the time and energy to make amends and demonstrate good customer service.
