Doctors are great but took off a star for the front desk staff. I went back in June this year and was walked up to the front with the doctor and told to be scheduled for a 6 month follow up. I was told by the front desk I was scheduled for December 1st. Came back on December 1st and was told that there was no appointment for me and the doctor was not there. Smh.

Dr Ryan was great. Office girls didnt get my referral faxed to the specialist. They may have had the wrong number, but I got the right number to them. Once it was faxed, they didnt write urgent on it like the dr said they would. Im scheduled for over four months from now with the specialist. Im having to resolve this problem myself because of someone not paying attention.
