The facility, staff and doctors are all excellent. Dr. Simeon Jhaver is particularly outstanding. I have been seeing her for over 10 years and have found her to be a very knowledge and caring doctor. The one down side with the Fannin location is the parking garage. There is NO valet parking and negotiating the drive with many over sized vehicles can be difficult. Also the entrance and exit booths are narrow and can be hard to operate. There is rarely an attendant on duty should you require assistance. I would give everything but the parking five stars.

I was told my insurance covered frames up to $150. Then I was immediately taken to frames that started at $159. When I did not like any of them the salesperson came back with a $139 pair. I dont think you should automatically assume someone can just spend what you want them to. Show people what their insurance covers and start there. As a consumer that doesnt make me feel like a valued customer. It seems like you only value the sales.
