All of the technical personnel doing my evaluation testing seemed very professional and knowledgeable. However, I had to wait 2 1/2 months just to get this first appointment and then another month+ for the next one. Something Important that I wasn't told until the second appointment was that you only have 90 days from the refraction done at the first appointment to do the surgery or you have to start over with a new refraction (which is NOT covered by Medicare). Seems like that would be important to mention when making the first appointment. There have been several scheduling snafus since like with my regular eye doctor.

Make sure your let your check in lady know if you've been waiting longer than 15 minutes. Good service, but some issues with their scheduling system. I'll still be going back.
