These folks did a great job for my husband. I went in for my scheduled eye exam on July 13, 2018 for a 1:30 appointment and had to wait 45 minutes before i was called. I told them that I had to be at work by 3:30 and they said they wouldn't have enough time to do a thorough exam. They suggested I reschedule which i did. However I had to take 4 hours of sick time from my job. They apologized. I rescheduled as I felt they are a good clinic based on my husband's results.L Friedman

Excellent care! Polite staff, short wait to be seen, done in 1 1/2 hours.One slight annoyance....after providing the fax & phone number to my mail-away pharmacy, they faxed it to my local Walmart instead. I called to explain that they were supposed to fax it to my mail-away pharmacy. They took down the fax & phone number again (as if it's not in their system under my name) and promised to send it right away. This is going to cause a delay by 7-10 days for the delivery of my prescription. Being on medicare, getting it thru my mail-away pharmacy saves me some money on the cost but the worry about receiving in time is aggravating especially since I had given them all the correct information at the time of my visit. I hope they can handle this better the next time.

The only reason for 4, rather than 5, stars is that they only do surgery in Houston. They were kind enough to recommend another Katy-area doctor.

The receptionists, the nurse, the doctor, and do not forget the lady that helps you get and order the glasses you want, all FANTASTIC!! I was treated like a person. No machines or computers. I talked to people and more importantly, they listened. My only complaint: your glasses must be made off site and it take 2-3 weeks for a return.

I normally really like the staff and service at Mann Eye, but Monday...I felt the service was horrible (wait time over an hour) and the staff had really crappy attitudes and I noticed a couple of them that I had never dealt with. I hope this was just a one time problem and not going to be an ongoing issue. One girl wouldn't even look at me when I spoke to her, which I felt was very rude. But the doctor is always nice and professional.
