I was very pleased with the doctor visit and the service I received at the Mann Eye Institute. As I was getting my prescription, I asked the office worker to please include the PD. She told me they were not responsible for that if I was not purchasing my glasses from them. She offered a couple other excuses and so I got prescription with no PD.

Definitely a great place to go! The only problem was that I was told my follow up would have no copay and when I arrived I had a copay. I did not go for my follow up because this was an expense I could not afford. I would recommend making sure that the front desk gives correct information next time. It was really an inconvenience to me.
