Easy access for those familiar with this location. First floor with a spacious waiting area. The AC is very cold in the back half. The staff are very polite and detail oriented when picking out eye wear. Prices can be very high here. Always great to invest in insurance to offset the cost.

The eye tech and Dr. Matthews was great. However the one receptionist at Livingston seemed bored and not friendly at all. I was trying to ask questions about my appointment and insurance while she was checking me in. Just acted unprofessional. During the eye exam the equipment had an issue with one lens seemed dirty and blurry. Tech did his best to get through it. The light equipment was having a problem and this second tech seemed to struggle to make it work. Besides these issues, the primary tech was amazing and doctor Matthews is worth the visit. The equipment in that one exam room might need maintenance. The receptionist was not customer friendly. Checking out the other girl was friendly and did a great job getting us fixed up. I am good for a year so we will see how it goes.
