Well appointed waiting area. Friendly courteous staff. Professional examiner.One area that needs improvement is getting information on follow-up dates and times. Scrawled on the back of a business card as was the address for the Sugar Land address. Needs a major update.

Staff was friendly. There was about a 15 minute wait from when my appointment was scheduled until when I was seen, but once I was taken back it went quickly.

The new building is gorgeous, the staff is very friendly, and the care given is good. My one issue is that I arrived for my appointment at 1:40 ahead of time. I was not called back for around 30 minutes. After the initial screening, I waited another 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor. While sitting there, it appeared that they had only one provider on duty for routine exams. The provider gave me good care, but definitely appeared rushed.
