The office visit was fine. During the visit an appointment for a laser procedure, via a study was set up. The person responsible for setting up the scheduling details has yet to call...its been almost two weeks since the procedure was set up and we have passed the date I was told for which the procedure was scheduled. I have tried calling the person responsible for providing the appointment details and also have tried to get a return call from my Dr. No one has bothered to call. I am no longer interested in participating in the study and need to speak with my Dr about my options but I cant get anyone to return a call. Im very disappointed with the lack of post office visit follow up.

Very clean and professional place. One thing irked my though, if you want to pay with a credit card they add 2.5% to cover the CC vendor fee. I know a businesses will say that these fees add up, but the truth is that the fees are nothing new and are (or should have been!) included in the business financial models. It comes off as a greed driven junk fee to the customer.
