Acxel Olmon was very helpful. My husband needed his glasses to be redone so he can see without them having to be down on his nose. She even said she would have them sent to the Spring office that is closer to our home. However, it has been 3 weeks since we were there and we havent heard anything yet about if or when they will be ready. We were told approximately 2 weeks.

The Dr. and Ashley were great! However, the guy at the front desk kept trying to charge me with things my insurance covered. I even called my insurance while I was there. Also the Dr. Told me my prescription was ready to front to which the guy in front told me he would email it on Monday! Thereby taking away a full weekend that I could have shopped for new glasses. I did not care for his behavior. And if not for Dr. Mosqueda and Ashley I would rank you much lower!!!!

Dr Melton appears to be very passionate and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave a 4 is that she talks really fast at times which is caused by her passion for her work. Can create problems for folks like me that are hard of hearing.I am glad she is so passionate felt really satisfied that she is skilled as well. Didnt try to upsell me on the latest and greatest
