My initial visit was a 5 star. There was an incident with one of their front desk staff and she was pretty rude! Hard to forget. I'm<br>sure it was corrected, because another person called me to assist. <br><br>I had my first eye exam here early this year, and I was hesitate with the prescription. I was told to bring in my previous rx to compare it. Took them forever to get that situated. Trying to call my last eye center was a complete mess. I think this institute is better off doing complicated procedures and eye surgeries than the annual eye exam. Which is great for the ones who need that kind of service. For the most part--- they are friendly. Just that one gal turned my service elsewhere. <br><br>Anyways, to make a long story short. I won't be coming back for annual exams. It's a very nice office...it's Market Street! Can't expect anything less.

Great staff. Very passionate about the patient and very thorough. Love the complimentary coffee... one thing since appointments are generally lengthy consider a charging station for phones
