I gave this rating because I do not recall the receptionists being to friendly. I actually have visited this place twice and neither time do I recall being greeted. Its not very welcoming when you first step through the doctors. The lady who did my sons initial exam was nice, she actually had another woman to come in to help. I actually liked the other lady much better. I wish I had names but out of privacy its best I do not state names. Now the eye doctor was excellent and the lady helping her was nice. So even though it seemed very uninviting when we walked through the doors by the time we left I had a smile on my face because I chose a great eye doctor Dr. Jessica Ustick, ODshe is amazing and I give her 5 stars. I recommend asking for her specifically. She was great with my son and I will not bring my children to anyone but her in the future.

Dr Mosqueda and Aaliyah were very attentive and caring. I took a star away because front desk staff over charged my visit. Ive been coming here a few years and always paid the same amount for the same service. They lied and said my insurance plan changed, which it did not. They didnt know what they were doing but thankfully, Mann Eye refunded the over charge a few days later, resulting in the same amount Ive been paying. Thank you for correcting it.
