I was told my insurance covered frames up to $150. Then I was immediately taken to frames that started at $159. When I did not like any of them the salesperson came back with a $139 pair. I dont think you should automatically assume someone can just spend what you want them to. Show people what their insurance covers and start there. As a consumer that doesnt make me feel like a valued customer. It seems like you only value the sales.

Professional, waited for 10 mins which is good for a doctors office appointment. Testing explanations were thorough understandable. Spent maybe 5 minutes with doc, he wasnt rushing but could have initiated more conversation given a first-time visitor/condition. Staff was kind, thoughtful friendly. 4 stars because I am still waiting for confirmation of insurance which was supposed to be provided today....maybe tomorrow.

I had a great experience at the Mann Eye Institute. However I had called them later to request them to email me the details of my glaucoma IOC . So far I havent received any email from them.

Excellent service. Staff was all competent, friendly, and helpful. The waiting room was comfortable. They were a bit understaffed today but were still able to see me in a reasonable amount of time. Nice location. I will likely come back here for my next eye check.
