Simeen Jhaveer is fantastic and the facility is clean, professional, and up on the latest technology. However, I was a patient of EyeExcellence that was merged with Mann Eye. Since then, the care has become less personalized and more generic. My new complaint is the new service charge of 2.5% when using a credit card. Supposedly it does not exceed their CC charge and does not apply to debit cards (which I used) but a CC charge is a cost of doing business for the convenience of your patients. This seems like a way to boost revenue and had me grumbling the whole time there. They also stopped taking AMEX which was another kicker. If it wasnt for Dr. Jhaveer and Debbie, I would be looking for another eye doctor.

I took my dad here for a procedure. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The doctors were very informative and caring. The only issue was the waiting areaThe chairs were stained really bad and had some type of hair. Overall its a really nice location and they are very accommodating.

From the greetings at the entrance and after the entrance, the staff there is always polite, kind and have great customer service attitudes. The associates in the back are all quick and very knowledgeable of their jobs and offer great conservation without hurrying you right along.

Dr K. is very thorough. My eyes really were dry when I went in he gave me an injection in both eyes, never felt a thing and my eyes are so much better. The wait time is always long appt at 9:15 seen by the tech for vision testing at 9:30 then seen by Dr k at 10:15 ( but worth the wait)

Alexandria was very informative and restored my faith in this place, for now. I still dont care for the fact that my doctor didnt perform part of my eye exam herself during my first visit.
