the doctor was very nice, she took time to explain the issue but after the visit , I reached out 3 times about the medication and was promised that they will get back to me ,but they never did .that is why i gave 4 stars and not 5 stars

Wish I would have been told to expect a two hour appointment. The staff were very nice, but I didnt know ahead of time that I was going to go into three different staging rooms , and not actually see the doctor until an hour and a half after my original appointment time. Once I saw Dr Melton, it was worth the wait.. She took a lot of time and gave me quite a history on my vision, and it helped set my expectations prior to surgery . The entire office seemed chaotic and a bit unorganized, but thats probably because they treat so many patients.
