Its a great place and usually easy to schedule. I called a week or more in advance and specifically asked for a day with multiple backtoback appointments for my family. They booked us with the same doctor, spaced 20 minutes apart. At the end of our appointments, the doctor mentioned that our scheduling caused her to run late for her next patients and asked that we not book appointments like that again. I said okay, but I was confused why we were allowed to schedule that way in the first place. It seems like a miscommunication between the doctor and the scheduling staff. We were given 9:20, 9:40, and 10:00, with each appointment lasting about 20 minutes and the 10:00 appointment ending at 10:25. Aside from the doctors comment, all staff were nice and patient.
