I enjoyed my recent visit with Dr Pope. Always feels at ease and comfortable. Dr. Popes support staff are also great.

The establishment was very nice and modern..the views looking over the city was phenomenal. The staff were very pleasant and seemed to love their jobs. My only complaint is billing/how charges are accrued for established patients and I am having a difficult time getting a doctors excuse emailed to me (I forgot to get one for my son on the day of the appointment prior to leaving)

The location is perfect. The staff are efficient and knowledgeable. The process could be improved. Very short wait for appt. Staff who did all testing were kind, knowledgeable and efficient.The breakdown in the process was the amount of time I was left alone in a room approximately 20 minutes to before seen by dr. Who spent approx 5 min in room.
