Had a great visit. Staff was polite, quick and knowledgeable. Everyone was able to answer all questions I had about the lasik procedure. Paige was extremely helpful with my financing questions, and Josie was quick and thorough while helping me with my new glasses. I am looking forward to getting my lasik done here.

Excellent customer service, if I had to change anything; it would be for staff to wipe equipment while patients are in the rooms. Best practices are the best practices!

I have to say that Im disappointed with the results of my wifes Lasik surgery, especially when you consider the cost.brbrShe had her Lasik surgery done 3 1/2 years ago and started experiencing problems with her vision around a year ago (had a baby, so just didnt have the opportunity to get another exam done). We recently visited our optometrist and it turns out she now needs glasses again.brbrI myself had Lasik done 10 years ago (not from Mann Eye) and my vision has remained perfect, and I paid about half the cost of what Mann Eye charges. I called Mann Eye to see what they could do and wed be looking at paying another $1,500 per eye for a refinement.brbrI expected wed have to pay a fee for a refinement but thats completely crazy for what amounts to a few hours worth of work.brbrUPDATE: I upgraded this to 2 stars because a representative from Mann Eye reached out to me (almost immediately) to address some of my concerns. I definitely appreciate the fast response and they are willing to work with me on the costs as well as doing a free eye exam to re-diagnose my wife. I will update again when theres progress.brbrUPDATE: True to their word, Mann Eye took good care of us and offered us a great discount for a corrective procedure. They explained thoroughly why my wifes eyesite had degraded and I feel that we are partially to blame because we didnt act sooner when the problems first surfaced. Whatever the case, Im pleased with the follow-up and that they were able to work something out with us.

I had a torn-detached retina about a decade ago, so Im always just a bit concerned about the health of that eye, and their exam and information are always thorough, and reassuring. I appreciate the care they provide.
