First time took my dad here for eyes exams. Place is <br>big, lots of glasses frames to select, waiting room is comfortable. Staff are very friendly, my dad Dr Shirley is very sweet and caring. The reason why I only give them 4 stars because I was surprised that their restroom needs attention (really dirty). Beside that everything else is great here.

Everything was pretty from the checking in process to the exam. The ladies at the front desk were very professional and answer all of my questions thoroughly. My technician was ok, I just wish she would have explained what we were doing before we did it. Dr. Binder was awesome! He was very professional with making sure I had the most accurate prescription for clear vision. He was very personable and professional! Checking out was pretty simple. One other problem is I wish that they had validated parking for their customers
