Make sure your let your check in lady know if youve been waiting longer than 15 minutes. Good service, but some issues with their scheduling system. Ill still be going back.

The team was very professional and optimistic at every turn. I felt I was in capable hands every step of the way. The staff were cheerful and kept me thoroughly informed of what to expect. Even during the procedure itself they weee describing what I was about feel and smell, how long it would last, and repeatedly kept telling me how great I was doing and how perfectly it was going. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Knowledgeable and professional service except for scheduling disruption caused by one person. The front desk does not need to change appointments for treatment plans already in the system. Whoever did this moved two of my appointments for treatment which would make the treatment plan unacceptable and not meet the guidelines established for treatment . This created total stress for the staff and myself because I drove for over an hour and paid toll fees to get there on time only to be told I did not have an appointment. The staff did help me to get my treatment but everyones schedule was pressured including mine so I had to cancel other appointments because of the delay.

I had Lasik done here 10 years ago and it was the best. However, my eyes have shifted and I called to get an appointment to try out contacts. I was told I needed an entirely new, full appointment even though it had only been 7 months. I had them schedule me with a doctor, went to my appointment, and while I was paying, realized I did not have a prescription for contacts, only bi-focals. I was told that the doctor could not prescribe contacts and I would need to schedule another appointment with their optometrist. $180 and two hours later, I still had no contact prescription, when that is all I wanted. I have been waiting to hear back from the office about the email I sent them about this, but it seems I will keep waiting.
