Perfectly happy with the actual eye health care. However, my car received damage because of the horrendous parking conditions. Parking in both the garage and the open air spaces is a nightmare. The staff member I complained to agreed with me, as she has to park there too. (Refers to the location across the street from Memorial Hermann. Maybe they should move to a less congested area.)

I enjoyed my annual check up.The only challenge is the check-in procedures that I must repeat twice: first on my phone and then again in person at the counter. Same steps. Also, I must enter my Social Security number. Why? This is no longer necessary.I survived identity theft, so the computers making these decisions at Mann EI ignore humans. STOP asking for personal information that gets stored or sold!Other than getting through prompts and hurdles with Chelsea at your side, the staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, and attentive. Brace yourself for heavy typing and data entry. You'll do it twice like it's practice for your eyes.
