This was my first visit. Everything was professionally appropriate. Not sure yet about how the insurance will work out. Time will tell. My previous glaucoma doctor no longer sees patients, so I wanted some one who had been trained at my previous location. This choice seems great so far.

Lovely staff and professionals, prompt, friendly, personable and professional all rolled into one well oiled machine for success to both client and company. The ONLY issue I have ever had is that the last visit, when I realized I would be 15-20 minutes late, I called to let them know 40 minutes before my appointment and the gentleman that answered the phone did Not relay the information....the tech was irritated that I was late and I was irritated that she was irritated. We both determined the issue quickly and we both apologized sincerely, the visit went Very Well there-after. I've had more than a dozen visits with them so that is Not a bad thing at all. Every other visit/contact was Fabulous !

Dr. Tan was very honest with me when he recommended that I wait a few more years to have lasik. My eyes aren't that bad (yet) and lasik wouldn't be life changing, like it really should be. I appreciate his honesty. He took the time to listen to my vision goals and made a recommendation accordingly. I'll be back in a few years when I'm reaching for my reading glasses all the time. Thank you Dr. Tan.
