The customer service is horrible!!!! I had an appointment (so I thought) for March 8th, . Making the appointment took at least 20 minutes and I was assured that I was all set to go. I never recieved any type of confirmation . Since I live far away I decided to call before I drove an hour and I'm so glad that I did. They had me scheduled for March 15 ... like I'm not even going to be in the country. This type of incompetence is a bad sign. If they can't get it together with scheduling then I worry about the care from the doctors . This is such a shame because I was looking forward to my appointment. They need to screen who they have working the phones... they are very rude and not helpful

Not helpful and a waste of time. Deeply regret scheduling an appointment, I wish I could turn back time and get my money back. I came in with swelling in my eyelid that's made it hard to see and putting pressure on my eye. Yes, I know it's a stye and yes, I have been using eye drops and a warm compress. They haven't helped. I scheduled because I needed some kind of immediate relief today. Or at least advice on how I could drain it myself. I have to go back into work tomorrow and I have to wear my contacts in order to see clearly. Being seen for only 20 minutes for them to basically say it'll be gone in a couple weeks absolutely sucks. And the visit was over $100. It was worth more like $10, $20 tops. And my eye still freaking hurts.

Terribly slow and inefficient. Never in my life have I spent 2 hrs for a routine eye appointment. They are also under construction and it is very loud.
