    Received the worst customer service from Diana who works at front desk I had an appointment scheduled went through the process of them checking my insurance before scheduling my appointment. Then I arrive file out paperwork and then Diana tells me they can't see me they don't take my insurance so I called got a reference number and they do take it. I left due to the fact if this is how I'm going to be treated then imagine when I am seen I had to Diana job. I do not recommend them.and I see people waiting for long periods of time!

    I just left... I walked in was not greeted at all. The guy was helping another customer so I started to look around less than a minute later another woman walked in and was greeted hi ma'am I will be right with you..Really .... One Star is way to much to give!

    I read reviews on this place and decided to give it a try since they were mostly good. My issue wasnt with the facility or the doctor. I was dissatisfied with the way the receptionist was responding to me. I walked in for an eye exam and to get fitted for contacts. When I told her about the prices I saw online her response to me was no, didnt give me any prices or anything. I had to ask a second time about pricing and then she brings out a sheet with prices I then proceeded to ask what the price for the contact lenses would be if I only got fitted for them and just got a copy of my prescription so I could order them online, her response was we cant do that so I cant get a price for just having the exam done and then I cant get a copy of a prescription that Im paying for.... wasnt happy at all! I had to spend an extra amount to go and get another exam at a place that would give me both my prescription for my glasses and the contacts. So again not happy at all!

    Still sitting here for an expected hr wait because my grand mothers insurance wasnt properly verified. The third floor receptionist seems more focused on her paperwork than finding a timely solution to her problem. This is utterly ridiculous

    ZERO STARS FOR MANN EYE CLINIC DOWNTOWN OPTICAL. On June 28, 2019, I had an annual examination and I ordered 2 pair of glasses, 1 pair sunglasses, 1 for driving. I received a call a few weeks later telling me the driving glasses were ready, never received a call for the others. When I inquired about them because I was wanted to pick up both pairs, they had lost the first driving glasses. I did eventually receive the sunglass; however, the prescription was wrong. I complained, they had me come in and they re-examined my eyes and determined they had sent in the wrong numbers for the prescription. They reordered and rushed the order. As of today, it has been at least 4 weeks since then. I don't' have the glasses and have not received any information yet.
