I took the time to schedule my appointment for 2:20pm. I showed up for my appointment to be seen. The young lady working the front desk told let me go check to see if we can see you. She came back and told me sorry sir we have to reschedule your appointment. I told her really I spoke with your call service and the gentlemen I spoke told that someone from the office would contact about your appointment. Then told me at that point that there is no record of my appointment. Also there was only one customer in the store at the time waiting to be seen so they weren't overloaded with customers or had a lot of them in there at onetime. Nikki is the only awesome customer friendly person there now you guys. But for this happening to when I have been a customer here for several years now. But this is very poor customer service and I will not be returning for any services moving forward. I pride myself on customer service since that is the only job industry I have been in since 1994 when I started working. Also as well my parents will not be coming back for services either.

Service was so bad they offered me a refund. They were so incompetent I never got the refund. DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Beavers does not keep notes and was insulted when I asked if he had remembered our previous visits which he did not. I seriously feel Beavers might have memory issues and therefore it is imperative that he should be keeping notes. Beavers could not get my contacts right and was frustrated that he had to send back my contacts that were either the wrong type or the wrong prescription. Beavers ended up being very unprofessional because I simply questioned him and stated my contacts prescription was obviously wrong. Beavers and the office manager stated we were at an "impasse" which is when they finally offered a refund after going back and forth many times. I finally went back to my previous optometrist (not Mann Eye) who did the job right. I will NEVER go back to Mann Eye. They obviously treat patients like a number and go through so many people Beavers could not remember me; either that or he has memory issues, and since he doesn't keep notes...it makes for a terrible experience. People should stop going to these corporate run offices and go to small private optometrists who really care, because these guys dropped the ball so many times it became and continued to be a nightmare for over 6 months between October 2022 through April 2023 and even through May 2023 when we found out we would not get a refund for their botched service. We're still fighting to get our refund that they screwed up. They left us out of money and without the contacts I needed. Worst place ever. Honestly.

Be careful if you call here to verify they are in your insurance network. I called and gave them our information and was told they were. Problem is some of their doctors ARE NOT in network!! They keep telling us we owe an extra fee bc the doctor he saw was not in network. I had to call my insurance to find this out. Its just the principle of the matter. Wonder how many folks retired on fixed incomes [like us ] have been screwed by this practice. . .

Make sure they can make the glasses you want before you pay because if they cannot and you cancel you have to pay a 20% restocking fee that they do not tell you about, which is weird that they have something to restock if they can't make my glasses!

Dr. Noroozian deserves 5 star review however the administrative/billing office deserves ZERO STARS. Elizabeth in billing refused to let me speak to her manager Susan in regards to Keith charging my account twice totaling 981.60. Elizabeth refused to give me Mia (the first name she gave me) or Angelicas work email address to formally communicate my issue with a manager in writing. I also work in healthcare and any time a patient has a complaint ALL of managements work contact information is giving in order to fix any issue and please the patient. Also, when I asked to speak to Elizabeth manager Susan she instead transfer me to Angelics voicemail. Very unprofessional. Please BEWARE of the billing department and their unprofessional behavior.
