Had appointment for my son canceled TWICE. Finally, just took him back to the Mann Eye center in Katy. So much for trying for convenience...not sure what their problem was but after taking off work only to have last minute cancellation, I wasn't giving them a third try. Back to old faithful and professional.

Office is fine. The parking situation here is insane. They have extremely limited parking, and only two handicap spots. Took 20 minutes to find a spot. All neighboring lots will tow you away if you park there. Go to another location if at all possible!!Edit to respond to owner: If you cannot park, and will be towed for parking anywhere else, that prevents patients from getting to the office. Especially patients with a disability. You could do something about it, purchase additional parking space at the lot directly behind your building, which was completely empty, you could schedule less patients at once, or you could warn patients that handicap parking (and parking in general) is extremely limited at this location and that you have other locations that may be better if that is a concern for the patient. Saying you are a disappointed without offering an actual solution to the problem is not helpful. Your parking is ridiculously inadequate at this location and my review stands.

We came in for a visit regarding cataracts. Our regular eye doctor recommended Mann Eye. The entire process is very slow. They are so completely overbooked that it took 2+ hours to get the exact same information our eye doctor gave in 15 minutes. The office is managed very poorly and completely inefficient in how it processes patients through their "system." It's like a car dealership but for eyes...

This has got to be the worst service in town. I'd give it zero stars if that was an option. If you want to be seen on time, by the doctor that you choose, or if you don't want them to make you go all the way to their office, only to tell you that the doctor can't treat you (even though you called in advance explaining exactly what you needed), I'd suggest you go anywhere else.
