    Absolute joke. It would seem their time is more important then the patients as I waited for more than an hour to get called back and then was told that more than likely there would not be enough time to complete the evaluation. I was very clear when making the appointment that I would have to leave at a certain time to make it back to work. I was reassured several times that would not be a problem.There's one thing I can't stand in this world and it's being completely disrespected and inconvenienced. There certainly is no honor system left. All the while, no one really seems to give a damn because they'll just keep filing them through like a production line. They don't even deserve one star!

    Horrible service at the Baytown location. Waited almost three months for glasses that I hate. Excuses, excuses, was told I would receive a free pair before my vacation and didnt. Now I just received a bill in the mail for them. What an unorganized joke!!!

    I got my glasses, 2 pair, from Mann and , I have had nothing but trouble getting them in at the start. My insurance person had to call and get them to bill me correctly for the glasses, Which after that they owed me money, which took another 30 days. I have one blind eye. I did not want any prescription on that eye. when the order came in (which took over 2 weeks) they had the rx on the lens, for the bad eye. I asked them to please send them back. which they did and let me keep both of the 2 pairs I bought, till the new lens came in. which was another 2 and half weeks.Fine, they came in and switched the lens to the frames that I had been wearing. but then when they got scratched, 6 mths later, I went to the store to use my warranty on them, I was made to wait over an hour before I got waited on. After waiting 7 days from showing them the scratches on the lens, now; they said they had to send in my frames in to get the lens redone. I do not have back up pairs. I also have warranties on the frames and lens. But they will not just order a replacement set of glasses for each pair, with out sending in these two pair which I need. One set is for the computer and one set is for driving and reading. Since I am in warranty I do not see where they can't order 2 new sets of glasses and I will give them these two sets when they come in. the girl keeps saying its the labs fault and she has to check with the lab. When at the start of my buying the pairs of glasses they let me keep the sets while the new lens came in. Not very good customer service at that office. I highly do not recommend that office, in Baytown.

    Very unprofessional!! Front Desk Olivia has a horrible actitud, i was referred by my Dr. adr Rayan was really professional, as well his Assistant. Olivia need to go get some customer services classes or look for a job were she is not in contact with the public.

    Made to wait for two hours after surgery was scheduled before going in. Regardless of the quality of surgery, this is embarrassing customer service. Not happy, not acceptable.
