Would not use them again if they tell you there going to do one eye nearand one eye far go the other way with them its all about the money they overcorrected my right eye and dido to my left eye but they collected $2000.00for each eye when trying to get them to correct my eye they kept pushing offas not adjusted yet BS I wish that I would have kept my glasses and stillHave $4000.00 in my pocket Sorry not what you wanted to here haventheard from nobody at Mann to make this right like I said its all about themoney

3 months waiting time for a pair of glasses?? that's what I currently experienced with this Business very bad bad customer service No help at all, no reaction to my questions where my new eye glasses are and when when they done I never ever go back there , NEVER EVER

After 5 visits, I decided to accept a 20% restock fee and get a refund. Management is lousy, assistant is just as bad. They don't return your calls or let you know when you're glasses are in. Then when you go pick them up they've changed their hours; these guys are closed 3-4 days out of the week. They gave me a case for the glasses and it was if they were digging through the lost and found bin at the airport. Really! Don't do business with them it's nothing but a headache!

The worst place to go.<br>They mixed up my fianc's glasses with another customer taking an extra TWO WEEKS then promised a small amount refund that to date (1 1/2 weeks later) hasn't happened and stalling still.<br>DO NOT RECOMMEND!<br>I'd like to warn everyone, don't go here!
