In order to go to the office you have to park in a public parking area and the front desk wont validate your parking. With an estimated 1.5-2 hrs per visit, they seriously take that long, you are looking to pay $16 dollars EACH time. Not only is that an incovinience but the doctors are terrible. They got my contact AND eyeglasses prescription completely wrong and I couldn't tell before leaving the office since they had dilated my eyes for checkup. Since I ordered my contacts and glasses online this just created a big unnecessary headache. Lastly, during my one and only visit the doctor never washed his hands, that I saw, before performing my eye exam. Maybe some people are not as picky as me but that just grossed me out. I DO NOT recommend these doctors at all.

I do not recommend them for medical eye issues. Dr. Luke Barker diagnosed me with Conjunctivitis. I had told him that I have had a history of Blepharitis and had seen other eye doctors prior and that I had those same symptoms. After 4.5 weeks on Tobramycin and Dexamethasone eye drops my eyes felt the same. I called several times and told him that the drops seemed not to work. He said to keep taking them. Then on the follow up visit he told me my eyes looked much better. However, I told him that they felt the same, sticky eyelids, swelled, light sensitive and hurt. He had me stop the drops. Over the next four days my eyes got worse. I called his office to see if he could call in a different prescription. They never returned my phone call. I left a message to talk to a supervisor and the supervisor never called me. After spending over $250 with him (visits and medicine), I finally went to another eye clinic who diagnosed me with Blepharitis and is treating me with an oral antibiotic, hot compresses and tears eye drops. To me it seemed that Dr. Luke Barker never heard a word I said. Their customer service is terrible, they do not follow up with their patients to address their patient's concerns. I was going to have cataract surgery there when I need it, but after my last experience I would not recommend them for anything!

I have been coming to this office for 5 years now. However I'm sad to say this will be my last. Given my eye condition since birth, I've had to see the eye doctor a multitude of times. I've been lucky enough to have doctors who are sensitive to my situation. One of the Mann Eye techs literally said to me, "you do really well for being disabled". Wow. I've been called many things, but no one at a doctors office has labeled me that to my face. Despite this person, I came back for my yearly checkup to get new glasses and contacts. Noticed that the person still works there, but they put me in a different room. I also noticed their front desk reception has changed. While Dr. Beavers just might be the reason to visit this office, one of the ladies at the front did not do a kind job in helping me order my contacts or glasses. I left with just my scripts. Now I'm on my own to figure out how to get new contacts and glasses, which with my heavy prescription I've always gone thru the doctors office since I can't get warby Parker frames. Disappointed with the lack of care I received. Now I have to find another doctor, spend out of pocket money just to get the new contacts and glasses. On a good note, I do have to applaud Dr Beavers for being patient, answering all my questions, and taking his time with his patients. Don't come here expecting consistency or bedside manners.
