DO NOT go to this place. They put one of my bifocal lenses in upside down and had to send it back to the lab. 2 weeks later, I called to see if it was in. They told me that it had come in the day before but the new lense was scratched and it had to be sent back. I guess they weren't going to call me and let me know that. I asked them to call the lab and put a rush on it because I had been waiting now for a month for my $400 pair of glasses that I had yet to receive. When I called back to see if they were in, I was told that it was going to be 2 weeks. WHAT HAPPENED TO PUTTING A RUSH ON IT!!?? If they come in next week, a total of 6 weeks will have gone by before I will finally (hopefully) get my glasses. The people in the front office act like it's no big deal and aren't apologetic at all. Customer service is nonexistent here.

went to Dr Green and Dr Jhaver for over 20 years. Unfortunately since they were bought out by Mann Eye they are not at all the same. You can't even get through to their office. Its so bad that I am going to have to seek a new eye doctor. Its too bad as they are really good doctors, but the office staff, the way the office is now run is beyond horrible.

Talk about ripping off people... prices are outrageous!!! I was quoted $500 for glasses with insurance $468 without insurance. Left and went to Walmart... got 2 par of glasses for $219 after my insurance. To make things worst... they charge me $95 for contact lens fitting which will make it "$145" since my insurance allowance is $50... which that was after insurance when my yearly normal for contact lenses in the past has been $65 without insurance. So... never again!

Went for a routine eye exam and prescription for contacts. They prescribed me a stronger prescription than I needed, gave me a trial pair of contacts, and told me to call back to have the prescription adjusted if it was too strong. When I called to have it adjusted, I was told it couldn't be done over the phone and I would have to have another appointment to get the adjustment made.

Not professional doctors. I had a retina exam from the surgeon above their office. Unlike other doctors, they couldn't be bothered to either call upstairs, or let me go upstairs to get the specailist's test results. I guess their generic optometrist need the extra cash, since its December and all.
