    Sent my medical records twice on two separate occasions to be added to my file and the dingbats at the front desk couldn't manage to get them into my file so I started my appointment with no medical records. I should have taken that as a red flag to cancel my appointment. Been over a week and I still cannot get ahold of my eye doctor here to finish my file so my rx for daily contacts can be sent to my main opthalmologist. What the hell is the problem?

    We have been going here for years alway have had great experience. This year 2023 they decided to change computer systems and when you get there you have to do all the work. There's no need for a receptionist because all she does is sit there, playing with her computer, talking to other people as you enter all the information into your own drivers license your insurance card you're doing all the work and then, when you ask her questions, she acts like it's an inconvenience.I have really good eyecare insurance and I get two glasses every year. This is the first year we went someplace else about our glasses because when you don't have customer service what I was going to have to measure my eyes pick my own glasses order my own lenses apparently because there's no need to have staff there Thinking about changing eye clinics after this year.I don't use self check out at stores because it takes jobs away from people. Why would I do self check in and self check out and an eye doctors office

    Customer service is horrible. I will be finding another eye care place. Had my glasses 2 weeks and now going to be longer.
