    2019: for annual routine check up, which is fully covered under my insurance, Mann eye institute billed this as "office visit" and charged as if going to a specialist because "eye dryness" was discussed and "over the counter eye drop" was prescribed.2018: for annual routine check up, which is fully covered under my insurance, Mann eye institute billed this as "office visit" and charged as if going to a specialist because "eye dryness" was discussed and "over the counter reading glass" was prescribed.ENOUGH. We are not going to return to Mann eye institute anymore! Thanks.

    Worst service ever!! Rude staff. Wrong merchandise ordered by staff and now I'm forced to keep because the manager is rude and has no customer service skills. Will never return to the Humble location. Or any of their locations for that matter!

    I highly doubt this place has prejudice on Asian people. Don't go! The doctor said he tried the best. He told me "two ways one is money back and find another doctor, the other is try another materials if it still doesn't work then you also need to find another doctor I do what I can do" Very disappointed experience.

    This place is absolutely terrible. What a waste of time and money. I came in because my son hid my prescription reading glasses and after a month I finally cracked and decided to get a new pair. They couldn't figure out the prescription, mixed up my chart with someone elses, mixed up my payment with someone else's, then I waitied 2 weeks for my glasses to come in, when they came in my eyes hurt so bad when I tried to use them I can't even wear them. Its obvious my prescription isn't right. I came in to see if they could match my old prescription because those glasses gave me instant releif, they said they can't because the prescription is expired and told me that I need to wear my new glasses for 2-3 weeks and my eyes will adjust. That is the biggest load of BS I've heard in a long time and I am not about to ruin my eyes because they are too lazy to make them right. I will never come back here.
