Wait time is excessive. I was told the second visit, a "meet and greet" would be at no charge, however they insisted I didn't understand that though I paid on my first visit for extensive testing, i'd also pay for more that could have been done during my three hour wait-fest the first time. Really excessive wait time. I will have to check elsewhere for services, as I need someone who sticks to their word on costs.

I would not even give them one star. This place has gone completely downhill since Dr. Beavers left. He hired only the best and everyone that worked there was pleasant and happy the same as Dr. Beavers. Now it is totally the opposite and you can get better service at Walmart. Wow I am so disappointed. We miss you Dr. B.

I went for Lasik at Mann because their prices were better. Probably a mistake. The Lasik didn't help my eye, not necessarily their fault, but at all my follow up appointments they told me that to just keep waiting, my eyesight should improve and to keep coming back for the follow up appointments. I didn't go to my 4 month appointment because they called me to cancel it. I waited 4 more months for my vision to improve, then I called them back once it wasn't improving, and then said they only offer 6 months worth of post-op care and that I would have to pay for the eye exam! Even though they're the ones that cancelled my appointment! Maybe try somewhere else.
