I love this place my husband and my kids feel very comfortable coming here. The guys order their eye glasses and my daughter and I glasses. But today I took my sister in without an appointment hoping they could see her because her vision was very blurry. The lady (Don't remember her name long black hair) was very rude to my sister, she started by saying the whole day is bucked..so my sister told her I don't mind waiting. I still cant guarantee that you will be seen. We waiting for 2 hours than we left.

First visit. Waited 45 minutes with nobody explaining to me why the wait! Went up front to the very young lady. She had no idea how long before Id get back. I travel all week. Flew home to make this appointment Ive had over a month. Im a dental practice coach. I coach these things out of dental practices. Im actually appalled at the way this was just handled. Unprofessional is an understatement!Be advised.

The office was fine, the staff was friendly enough, BUT THEY ARE INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT. If you have a month or longer to wait for glasses, then you will probably be okay. However, if it is important or heaven forbid - urgent. Go elsewhere. It has been 3 weeks, we explained the importance when we ordered and were told it would take 2 weeks and now they are saying MAYBE NEXT WEDNESDAY. By then, we will be at almost a month. They also do not call you back when you call to check on them. I have ordered glasses from less "reputable " companies, and they have always arrived before the promised date. Perhaps Berkeley or even Walmart would be a better choice!

Unfriendly front desk staff, terrible service, never answer their phones after repeatedly calling and calling and leaving messages, didn't respond to my survey concerns, waited weeks and weeks for my husband's glasses that came in wrong and never called us, wayyyy overpriced, only gave me four pairs of daily use contacts but they couldn't get the prescription in for weeks and didn't offer a solution/apology, the parking is worse than they describe, there's nobody available on chat, the doctors say in their descriptions that they do the exams FALSE! Such an unpleasant experience! We will not be back!
