    I wanted to like them. My eye appointment was good. I ordered a pair of glasses. Eventually I called to check on the status of them. I was told they would call me back. 3 days later I called them again and was told they would call me back as relevant parties were not in yet (at 8:40 am?). On my 3rd call, I was again told that they would call me back. I asked to speak to a manager, who wasn't available, after holding for 30 min.

    So disappointed after buy 3 pair glasses with in 7 months. On my last pair i was treated so different.This new employee name Danny is anh a-hole. If you come in without buy glasses from him he will treat you unprofessional.I was there the other day to had my 3th pair glasses adjustment. Got ignored he was try to pretend doing something waiting for customers to come buy glasses from him then he would get offThe phone to help that person. I got ignored for over 30 min noone help.Second day came in for glasses adjustment.Got treat like shitz. I never seen the way adjustment without let me put on my glasses and make adjustment.I promise i will not come back to that store.

    I've been coming to Mann Eye for years since 2007. Today was the 1st time my visit was not even worth my $70 copay. I saw Paul Mann for fu and was not happy with the service! Definitely will not do fu with him anymore! His father takes more time talking to his patients. Raina at front desk is a sweetheart and always helping everyone. I will see Dr. Brunson next time.

    This location is tremendously unorganized and archaic in its customer service. I went in over a week ago to get a new prescription and still do not have a valid prescription from their office that I can use to get new contacts. After they failed to give me one on-site, I had to have them FAX the prescription because they can't use email or text to send it. After a few days of trying to get the fax to work, they sent me a script that had the wrong date and wrong corrective measurements so it was useless. After dozens of calls over days to get it fixed, I've given up.The eye doc and his optometrist staff were great, but what is the point if I can't get the main thing I went there to get.

    My girlfriend got her LASIK here. Doctor Mann was fine, but the staff could not be worse. On the day of surgery, they made her a freebie promise while she was still recovering. Though she was not eligible for the October 2021 Free Rayban sunglasses offer , they promised ME PERSONALLY that she could instead buy any pair of Raybans she wanted for $100. Of course, when she was coherent enough to pick out a pair (at a follow-up visit today) no one could remember making this promise, and they treated both of us with a rude, unprofessional, and arrogant attitude. Once they have your money, you are no longer worth two cents to these folks. Nothing buy liars and cheats.
