I visited the Braker Lane location a few weeks ago and overheard the most disturbing conversation while being walked to my exam room. A doctor was berating a young lady who had asked him to prioritize his patients over his phone. He snapped at the young lady in such a forceful and inappropriate way that I more fully understood what emotional abuse was in a very real way. I have NEVER seen someone treating another human being so poorly in my entire life. If this was my business, I would fire this doctor on the spot! And what's worse, none of the other staff stood up for her. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY! If they allow their employees to be treated like this, I can't imagine what the moral fiber of the organization looks like as a whole. I didn't catch the doctor's name but he was portly and bald. Stay away from this man!

I am not sure of all the reviews with all 5 stars...! My experience was not welcoming with the Dr... at Mann Eye at Sugarland; maybe the reviews are for the staff. I was very professional in how I visited Mann Eye hoping I would get good care.I believe it is Very unprofessional/unethical to take less than a minute to see patients and walk away. I felt like I was not welcome; now I am thinking... that If I had the choice to not pay for his services, I would not think twice. Too late!! Waste of my time and money!!I would not recommend him.

DO NOT COME HERE. I only came here for convenience as it was closer to home. But save your time and go somewhere else more reliable. After I got checked up and selected my frames I was told there was a 2 week wait time for the glasses to be assembled and be ready for pickup, and this will probably be the case for everyone else. I thought this was odd as I know places that have your glasses ready on the same day or a few days at most, but I didn't think too much of it. Unfortunately this 2 week wait time turned into 6 weeks... and they don't even have the courtesy to give you a call to let you know what's going on. I had to call myself multiple times and the first couple calls they gave me some vague answer as they weren't exactly sure themselves. Im usually patient but this was almost unacceptable. But I didn't complain and waited patiently. I finally receive my glasses a month overdue and a week and a half later they break... it is understandable if I had owned these glasses for a year or more and the frames decided to wear down but only a week later?? I came to understand that the structure of the frame itself was delicate and a-lot could go wrong with any slight pressure. I ended up going to another place and the glasses they provided ended up much more sturdier. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Very bad place unprofessional & Rudd welcome staff I went in June 2021 for eye exam I paid $150+ (2 visits) one eye be ok & one has remained I went again in September 2021 in less than 3 months to show my problems welcome staff told $225 is regular price if pay cash it will $95 I cross questions they show me outdoor from where I enter dont recommend this place asking only dollars
