I was set to have an appointment on Friday to have my Chalazion removed across the street but the receptionist mustve gotten something mixed and THE EARLIEST day to get it removed is May 3. The ophthalmologist understood how quickly I wanted to get it removed so she booked the earliest time and day. But something mustve when wrong on the receptionist side. The receptionist had to have mixed up the dates and now Im extremely upset.

I was recommended this place because of the good reviews but I didnt have a very good experience. Theres definitely a lot of pressure to buy expensive glasses and the salespeople arent very patient. I ended up with a pair of glasses that I dont even really like because I felt so rushed by the salesperson, and they didnt really seem to care at all about my budget. I probably wont be back

I had a procedure done in October and they told me it would be covered by insurance, and insurance says they never talked to them. Now I cant get Mann Eye to even answer my calls or return messages.Surgeon was great and the cross linking procedure was fine, but their billing/medical records department could care less about you and will not help.
