Exam ok but purchasing glasses do it elsewhere. Glasses took way longer than expected. Was told multiple times I'd get a call back never did. When I finally got glasses something was wrong with them and took them back instead of waiting another month I requested a refund and now there is a very expensive restocking fee. Would not recommend these troubles to anyone.

Terrible service. I concern for patients. I needed eye exam and glaucoma test and they never gave me glaucoma test then they try "refer" me to an expensive clinic. When I called to find out why and what had happened they were completely rude and just wanted money for services not provided.

I recommend that nobody goes to this place they are thieves. They'll tell you that your insurance will cover their services when they don't. I literally told them I don't want to do it if my credit doesn't cover it. They told me don't worry and guess what? Now my credit is being affected because these thieves now are saying it wasn't covered and I have to pay out of pocket.DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I cancelled my appointment today because I was a "work in". Two of the people I live with are immocomprimised. The last time I went in the seating area was stacked with people. So many there was over flow. Because they were running behind. I asked why weren't people informed, there's a pandemic. They said "I don't know." Long story short... This my third time in two years dealing with the office staff and their lack of ethics/competentcy. I love Dr. Guy Beavers, but not enough to deal with that office.

3 -4 weeks ago I ordered reading glasses that I use to work remotely . I still haven't got them and the communication was terrible with Haley at this location. I was constantly put on hold and was sent to voice-mail when calling each week to check the status. Today I requested a refund because once again they said the lab hasn't given them an update. I could have applied for a mortgage and closed on a home faster than this .Totally unacceptable and I do not recommend this place.The other comments are just a few to give them good stars to appeal when you search.
