    Horrible! They act like it's beyond them to actually help you, they didn't give me a free trial of contacts and they said I have to order some instead first or wouldn't give me a trial. I wasn't sure if I'd like the contact they gave me. The doctor doesn't care about you acts as if she's just in a rush the whole visit and takes no time to hear concerns. Never will I go here or recommend to anyone. I want to feel comfortable when I go somewhere.

    Not enough characters to go into the details of my shitty experience with this place. I used their Groupon, and saved a bit of money on my two pairs of glasses, but the amount of gas and time wasted on the half dozen trips to this place almost cancels out any savings. Initial exam was wrong prescription, on top of that wrong prescription number put into one of the lenses in both pairs. This place is full of (mostly friendly) incompetent amateurs that don't provide the same level of service to those using THEIR offered coupon vs. those covered by insurance (my boyfriend's experience was much more pleasant.) We've already complained to Mann Eye corporate office and are waiting on the call that will never come. PLEASE do not waste your time and money with these UNprofessionals.

    I've used Mann eye clinic for 5 years now. Always had good service. But I went to the Mann 20/20 eyeglass place inHumble Texas and they can't seem to get anything right. They put someone else's prescription in my frames so I had to have them redone. My husband went and got his checked and was supposed to get new glasses also. This is the third time They have tried to get his done right, but I just took them back in to drop them off so they could redo them and they couldn't even find anything about him at all!!!!! Needless to say, we're done with that place!!!.

    So far I have been very disatisfied with the service. I am on the phone now waiting for someone to pick up ( they don't close for another half hour). At last someone has answered. They have lenses but have no idea where the frames are. These glasses were supposed to be ready 10 days ago. Service was terrible from the moment I stepped in the door and stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to attend to me. After my eye exam I selected frames only to be told that their computers were down and I could not order my glasses. The girl told me she would call me the next day to confirm if their computers were back up. I never got a call. I called and did not get a live person, left a message and number, no call back. Called again the next day and was told the computers were back up. Returned to their centre and ordered my 2 pairs of glasses. Was told the pair being manufactured onsite would be ready by the 11th. Today they are saying the lenses have not been sent, but they have the frames. On the second pair under insurance they say the lenses have arrived but they have no frames and do not know what is happening with the frames. This is ridiculously bad service.Call back with clarification the lenses for the glasses being made on site, the lenses were there but had been put in the wrong bin. They can manufacture one pair of glasses for me for pick up tomorrow. Still don't know what is happening with the second pair of glasses from insurance. The right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing in this establishment. Thank you to Monique for at least rushing one pair of glasses through for me.
