This place was recommended to me so I go online and schedule an appointment... A short time later I was contacted to confirm my appointment at 2:30 pm, gather my information, insurance and so on... At this time I am impressed with their customer service until an hour later I receive a call to reschedule my appointment..they have a unscheduled meeting from 11 to 2:30 and will be unavailable for my appointment... Really...Okay, I am confused my appointment is at 2:30 and now you can't see me until Saturday...What a waste of time!

Very slow service. I arrived 6 mins before scheduled appointment time and I waited for almost 40 minutes just to fill out paperwork then told me I was at the wrong floor. Very frustrated as this could been asked at the time of check in.

I don't understand how this is a "professional facility" with appointments. No one at the front desk , I have my own business and when my clients have an appointment I make sure they are attended at their proper time booked . I arrived 30 minute before my appointment at 1:00 and we have still to be seen ? 1:50 and nothing.... I understand things happen where there maybe running 15 minutes or so behind , possibly 30 minutes at the most but this is ridiculous!

I'm sitting in the waiting room, going on an hour, and have yet to be roomed. This is the third time this has happened. 3/3 of my appointments. Today I arrived at 2:10 for a 2:30 appointment, thinking that might help me get seen faster. I wasn't even taken back for the "pre-check" until 3:00pm. Then I was placed back into the waiting room to wait again. I am beyond frustrated with this office and the optometrists here. I should not have to spend an entire afternoon for a simple lens fitting -- one that they require and charge you for (regardless of insurance level coverage). I don't know why I kept coming back, I ended up leaving at 4pm, as I had still not been called into a room. This is insanity. I would never recommend this place. There are plenty of offices that can see you in a timely manner -- I'm in the medical field and I understand people run late, but this office is CHRONICALLY late and they have no care or concern for your own personal time. I will not be returning.
