GO ELSE WHERE. I've been trying to get my contact order filled for over a month. No one in the office answers the phone. Someone picked up the phone once and placed me on hold. After waiting 18 minutes, I hung up and called back and never received a response. I requested an appointment online to only receive a text stating I'm due for an eye exam which I literally just had!

The office isnt easy to find. When you finally enter, they greet you well, and the doctor is friendly. However, the glasses are pretty expensive for what you are getting. $350 for plain nine west brand and just a basic prescription. I waited about 4-5 weeks for my glasses! First the lady who takes care of the ordering said they came in scratched. I had recieved a call to come pick them up and nobody bothered to call back and say they were being sent back due to said scratch. Furthermore she later says she called me to pick up the new pair but nobody answered. I tried calling them for almost a week and i would just get put on hold. Today I finally decided to call and hang up until someone picked up. They finally did and she said she had proof she called me. says she wrote it down on a note Sounds to melike excuses for delayed service. Anyway, I am finally getting my eyeglasses today. I will be looking for an new place to take care of my vision needs. And will not be recommending this place to any of my friends nor family.

I was diagnosed with cataracts and was referred to Mann Eye. I had to go though the same testing and changed more for these tests. My insurances isn't paying for anything. I didn't care for Dr.Barker, he didn't even introduce himself or talk to me. He seems too Arrogant and full of himself. First impression.<br>I'm driving in from out of town and sent to their north location, extremely out of my way and an inconvenience just to make a payment which I paid in full, $4643.56 out of pocket!<br>Due to their mis-scheduling for my second eye surgery follow up and attitude. I can't be given next day notice or time TBD to come in. I had family members who rescheduled their work schedule to transport me to and from. <br>I cancel and going to the Barkley Eye Center in Katy, Texas. <br>As for my refund, for doing nothing but dilating my eyes they are keeping $582.36! Nothing but crooks!

The Staff is nice but my experience with Dr. Paul Mann performing my Cataract surgery was not a good experience. He put the wrong lenses in both my eyes a week apart. Explained the mistake on a new machine that mis-measure. Did Lasik surgery to try & correct but ended up with not great vision & extremely dry eyes. Would not recommend this Practice.

Messed up my eyes for life. Dont trust their lasik. -Added: Posted a generic response. Went back multiple times. Was essentially told to get lasik again. And yet they didn't notice the cataract that was in my eye before OR AFTER the procedure. According to a different doctor they should have seen it easily, and not done the procedure until the cataract was taken care of.
