This is my first review,8 months ago I have a problem in my right eye is known as 'style'I consult a doctor and ophthalmologist this doctor decided to refer me to this business as my last alternative,I am a person who works full time and because of the new law I have to own a medical insurance,I call this business to make my appointment and my surprise is that they do not accept my insurance, I mention my insurance I was seen as someone not desirable to do business, I insisted to know why they do not accept this insurance and simply they do not listen or want to do anything for people who need their services and the technology they have available, they don't even say how much I have to pay in cash,the attitude of this business to people without expensive insurance is purediscrimination, make you feel like a fool looking for charity or a free service, now I need a chance to go Mexico and try to cure my problem.

Called to make an appointment and I spoke to both Amber and Michelle. Very rude and unprofessional. If the front desk is this bad, I can only imagine what the rest of the staff is like. Needless to say, I did not make an appointment nor would I try to again.

I'm sitting in the office currently, 90% sure that they forgot me in one of their rooms. I booked my appointment at 10:40 and it took 30 minutes before I was seen. I had my eyes checked and am now sitting in a room again for 30 minutes (and still counting) waiting for the doctor to come and check my prescription that the tech had set up. If I had gone to LensCrafters I would have had my vision checked and a new pair of glasses in the time I wasted waiting.

Had to wait and wait for the glasses to come in. They kept saying tomorrow; would not take any responsibility, only my money. Worst experience. Real rip-off.

The Groupon deal is a scam. I chatted with a rep before purchasing the groupon and I was told that it is 100% refundable. It is not. Groupon wants me to deal with the business and Manneye says I have to get the refund from Groupon. Manneye charges a lot more for this procedure than other providers in the Houston area. Let's say...about $1200 more. Again, the Groupon "deal" is a scam.
