    Absolutely worst experience. Had a 3:00 p.m. appointment and at 3:45 was still not seen by the doctor. A man who arrived 20 minutes after I did was called back to begin his eye exam at which point I asked an employee when I would be seen and I was told they didn't even know I had arrived even though I checked in at the front desk. They didn't seem too concerned that I had waited that long so I walked out. Horrible customer service.

    The front desk and the tech were friendly but the doctors just seem to want to rush you out of the office and don't care about your issue. They diagnose everything as dry eye and give you drops that don't help. I finally went somewhere else and they were able to properly diagnose me...it was not dry eye.

    I wouldn't recommend Mann Eye. They performed my LASIK procedure. Everything was great leading up to the procedure. Everyone was very attentive and made me feel like a priority. It was great. However, after the procedure, which I paid in full that day, all that customer service was out the window. My call wasn't returned and when I went to the office to discuss my issue with my left eye, I was treated like a bother by both doctors.

    Dr. Odette is horrible. She always messes up something with my Rx (forcing me to take more time off of work and drive all the way back to the medical center); She doesn't listen to what you want; She finds ways to charge you for ridiculous things. The receptionists are rude and talk to you like you're stupid, even if they're the ones who make a mistake. My most recent visit, I asked Dr. Odette not to change my Rx's because I was seeing fine with them, and she changed them anyway. I didn't notice this until I got my glasses and contacts back (from a non-Eye Excellence place), and I had a lot of trouble trying to get the Rx corrected at EE. The technician who "helped" me was arguing with me over the phone and kept telling me that I never told Dr. Odette to keep my old Rx and that "she didn't even change it by that much".<br><br>After 5 years of being a patient here, I will not be returning.
