Make sure you call your insurance and see what they cover yourselves. This place says insurance will cover before and after your appointment and does not. I was told I would not be getting charge or billed for just talking to the doctor over my son's stye. Here comes a month later and a bill. They don't take fault and try to make it seem like it was the insurance fault why there's a balance. It wouldn't be the insurance's fault if you say your not getting charged for the beginning... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NEVER COMING BACK HERE!

I went to this place on 5/31/19 and had a contact fitting since I was told I have Keratoconus. I told the doctor I would only do it if the insurance covers it. She told me the insurance did cover it so I went ahead and did it. Today all of a sudden I get a $500 bill. I guess this company just tries to milk you for your money. I wont pay for this bill I will look for legal help if I have to.

Called to advise they booked my procedure with wrong Dr. 1-1/2 hour before my appointment after I took off work to have it done and of course only does procedures on Tuesdays. I even called yesterday to confirm costs since no one had contacted me as well. This is the 2nd time trying. First time could never get referral straight. Will not be going back. Already have appointment elsewhere.

My 3rd time here. And its 11AM. and I'm still waiting to be seen. My appointment was at 0930. I have never been seen at close to my appointment time. Dr is good But they are slow . And dont care that patients have to wait for an hour and a half to be seen

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. Absolutely ridicules. This place should shut down and find a different career path. This is the second time that this has happened. I had a 2:30 appointment. I show up at 2:15 to make sure i am on time. 30 minutes later i am am taken back, start exam, eyes dilated and then ignored for over an hour. I was left in the room and was forgotten. Nobody ever even checked in on me. I left the building at 4:15 and they didn't even notice I was gone until 4:40. What an unprofessional company this is. If i treated my clients like this i would have no clients.
