    I've found this location to be extremely frustrating and in each situation it boiled down to inattention to detail, competence, or communication. My first red-flag is when I transferred from a prior from an ophthalmologist out of state. I arrived with my prior records, yet it took three tries for the office to get the prescription I needed for refill correct. Red flags 2-4 all occurred at my next visit, which was an annual exam. I had to remind the doctor that I was there for an annual at which point he validated the findings of the technician. I'm glad he did because he ended up redoing the refraction she had done earlier. Third, the non-customer service rep at the front desk billed me for preventative care because she seemed to not understand that medical and vision insurance are separate. Lastly, I can't seemed to find anyone that works in the optical section to get status on my frames that should have been ready a last week. In the end, we all work hard for our money and time is not a renewable resource. You have many options in Houston and I would avoid this office. There are other providers and offices that value that you you choose them and you don't have to expend effort to get the service you deserve.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a noon appt. Checked in. The ladies said oh it will be a few mintues.. after I asked how long. My wife and I go and sit in waiting room. After 15 minutes or so, I go up and check my status, same answer.. so I ask should I have just made appt for 1pm, they say no. I go and sit again.. after watching about 15 people go ahead of me.. now I'm angry. My wife goes up and gets the same answer..Lady next to me says oh you've been here awhile.. I say yes since noon, she says they're never on time. Usually about 10mins.. we got up and left. They never came out to get me. If I had been late I would've been charged. Bad service.

    My daughter and I had appointments for scheduled times and they moved my daughters appointment up by 30 minutes with no notice except by email. When I called them to confirm they insisted it had always been that time even thought I had proof it was for a later time. Canceled both appointments and will be looking for a new eye provider. So frustrating.

    My family and I have been customers of Mann Eye for several years. Seems each time we go they have new doctors so that is a red flag. I finally went in today for an exam and have never been treated so rudely by anyone in the medical profession. This arrogant rude excuse for an eye doctor started to lecture me like I was a 10 year old child. I finally got enough of it and walked out. Not sure how long this rude woman has been at the Copperfield location but it will be the last time anyone in my family will ever be back there. There are too many eye doctors in Houston to put up with rudeness like this. I already have an appointment with another company.
