I went in looking for information on Lasik. I was appalled at how the front desk lady, Holly, behaved towards me and my daughter. She was extremely rude and made me feel inferior for wanting some information. She is very bitter and i did not have a pleasant experience with her. He attitude is NASTY. Turned me away, i made an appointment to go to the Katy office, which already treated me better. BOOOOO

I can in and was told I would need two pair of glasses. One for distance and computer and one for reading. They guy keep trying to sell me trifocals. I told me I could get use to bifocals why do I want trifocals. I told him I would buy one pair from them and another pair elsewhere. So I had my distance and computer glasses done here. When I went to pick them up. I was told the guy was fired and he should have never tried selling me distance and computer glasses. And I could buy another pair at discount price. Really that would mean I would have three pairs of glasses. I will never go back. I was told one thing and didn't get what I wanted. Don't go to them. They will just take your money. I was very upset when I let.

Bottom line, the issue was they provided me a pair of progressive lenses that made it unsafe for me to drive or even use for practical purposes, they said they didn't do them correctly, asked to redo them and when they did, they were not much better. I asked for single vision prescription, which they did do and they were great, but then blamed me for the the issues with the first 2 pair of lenses and told me they wasted too much money trying to make a pair of progressives and that they needed the $250 difference in price, to help cover those costs... that's bad. You may get good service and you may get good glasses, but... is it really worth the chance? There's SEVERAL places to get glasses in Pearland, choose wisely! After 3+ weeks: Still no assistance or follow up from Mann Eye. I'll keep working to get my due refund of $250.

I purchase a $200.00 savings Groupon which brought me here. The total cost of my glasses was over &700.00 the eye exam was an additional $89.00. I had my glasses less the 5 days and the frames began falling apart. I took them back and they informed me they do not warranty the frames. Worst excuse of customer satisfaction. Do not buy glasses from here!!!
