My husband and I have been coming here for many years. Just recently we have had really poor service. The two front desk ladies are extremely rude, and one even put her finger in my husband face. Also, they're doing covid-19 precautions, unless you're a doctor. My husband and I were made to sanitize our hands, but a doctor came in to get his glasses and he was in his scrubs. They didn't make him use hand sanitizer. Soon as my husband gets done doing these the last 3 eye injections we are definitely going to go look for another doctor. We love Dr. Green, but it's not worth the hassle being mistreated by her employees. I hope Dr. Green sees this, because we were told we could make a complaint with someone here today, but they seem to have forgotten about us.

The actual scheduling of the eye doctor appointment was easy, but the customer service for my contact lenses prescription was terrible. On numerous occasions, I left voicemails with customer service so that I could get my prescription and order my contacts, but no one ever returned my calls. Long hold times, with transfers and no explanations were also incredibly frustrating. Im very disappointed with my experience. I was considering getting LASIK done at Mann Eye, but now Im not so sure if I trust them with this because of how poorly I was treated by customer service.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Chin's office back in November. It was easy to get in and the appointment itself was fine.Fast forward to getting my contacts prescription, and I was originally told that my contacts were being ordered and would take about 5 business days to come in (this was on a Monday.) By the following Monday, I called back to check and see if they'd come in, and no one called me back. I called several more times and finally spoke with DeLavon from customer service who explained that the special lenses actually take several weeks to come in, and I should've been told initially. He waived the contact fitting fee and told me he would personally follow up when they came in, which he did. The lenses finally came in (they're for month long wearing) and when I called several weeks later to follow up and obtain my prescription, I left a voicemail for Amanda to which she never called me back. May I point out...that no one from their end ever reached out to ask how my contacts were doing, and if I was satisfied, and would like to order, etc. I called several more times over the course of the week, and was transferred to additional voicemails, where again...no one returned my calls. Finally, the patient intake coordinator who handles appointments provided my prescription.I am extremely disappointed in Mann Eye's customer service, especially after hearing good things about them. I've been considering LASIK, but I honestly don't trust Mann Eye to take care of me, considering how poor their customer service department is.

Please go elsewhere for your glasses, this place is slower than molasses on a cold winter day. Its been over 3 weeks and glasses are still not ready yet, and they never call you back to inform you of anything. DO NOT GO HERE.

I purchased 2 pair in June 2020 the lenses constantly fell out and I lost 1 after the 8th time and now they want 990$ to replace lenses when it's their workmanship that failed but was willing to sell me a whole new set of glasses and frames thinking that I'm dumb enough to do more business with them
