The staff at this place is rude and unprofessional. They do not honor promotional specials, so you will get a nice fat surprise when you try to redeem an offer. Take your business to people who will appreciate you. This place is truly awful. Apparently, the only thing they care about is getting your money.

Went to Mann Eye to have Cataracts removed from my left. But what I received is the run around from the Doctor who wanted work on my right eye. I did not want my right eye touched. I've never had such a waste of my time now I am getting a bill for the run around. I will never go back and this doctor needs to go customer service school.

Dont go there for vision exam and dont believe the free consultation.I went there for a free consultation to check if i am eligible for lasik surgery and then i wanted to wait before i do it. After 9 months, i went back there to do a vision exam again to get a prescription and get eye glass. They had me wait for 30 minutes then I didnt see the doctor bc its been less than a year since the last visit. so they printed me the prescription and charge me for my previous visit which was supposed to be free!!!!!I contacted them and they said it was there fault and they should have printed me the prescription without scheduling an appointment and they will waive the fee. Now, after a month, i got the bill again!!!!!!I dont understand why i got charged for a service it was stated that it was free!!! Is it because I trusted them and went back to them but not to do a surgery!!!!

Waste of time. Was referred by my eye doctor to this place for lasik. I set up a consultation for 9 am one day. The day before the appointment they call and ask to reschedule. They are short staffed. I explain that's not possible as I have already cleared this with my boss, moved meetings around..etc. You know, the stuff non independently wealty/retired folks have to do. They say it could be 1.5 to 2 hours. Ok.So I arrive 10 min before 9am the next day to a waiting room full of people. The receptionist does not even ask my name just says there are 3 in front of me and to take a seat. How does she know this without my name? My appointment is at 9, they open at 8, how can there be 3 appointments before me given they have to dilate you? None of this makes sense. After sitting for a few minutes and watching more people roll in I quickly realize this is not going to work. So back to the receptionist who nicely explains she has zero clue how long it will be and the doctor just arrived and if I really needed a time she could TRY and check. (Also please don't call me "Sweetie" it's insulting. I am an adult.)At this point I realize they don't give a damn. Still haven't taken my name. I could have just walked in off the street. So I spent 3 days in my glasses as they requested, which I hate doing, and over an hour of my time to drive down here. Missed work. For...well nothing. Will never use them if I do decide to do this one day. They have enough money rolling in to not care about service. May we all be that lucky one day.

I asked how much my appointment would cost and was told $350 We both knew I have no insurance coverage for the tests or surgery. I paid $350 . Now one month later a bill with no explanation arrives for $160 more. I have a surgery scheduled with a written price but how can I believe them?
