Actively disliked everything.I picked Mann Eye because it was close and covered by insurance, so why not right? However, it all went wrong beginning when I walked in the door. Staff barely found the appointment, I filled out duplicative forms and information and waited to be seen just to sit and wait longer. Then, unfortunately, the process took about 2.5 hours in total.I then had to go back to a follow-up appointment. To keep things short, my prescription is still terrible, and it feels like I could guess better than what was prescribed.I would recommend anywhere else

Dr Mann was a disaster for doing lens replacement in my left eye. On in March 2021, he damaged the ocular sac, then proceeded to tear my retina in two places creating an emergency surgery situation 5 months later after months of complaints. I went to a retina specialist to fix it at MY EXPENSE, and eventually had the Dr Doug Koch fix it over a year later at MY EXPENSE. Huge expense which refused to cover. I filed a complaint with the Texas Medical Board and would NEVER EVER suggest anyone use Dr Mann.R Spitzer

DO NOT BRING UR BUSINEDS TO THIS LOCATION !!!!This staff do not follow up with their clients. I'm suppose have surgery coming up n I haven't heard back from them ( giving details about my deductible n everything I need to know before surgery. I call them few time n they told me the person in charge is on vacation. So cause one person is out the office everyone has to wait ?? There is not a back up

Surgery was great. 1 year post follow up which is required in the event you need any adjustment. Apparently it is not included in the post op surgery (only up to 6 months after). They also wont tell you that until you show up for your appointment. I do not recommend go anywhere else. I hope they step on a Lego barefoot.

I just had a major spinal surger. I've been a patient at Mann Eye Institute. I got a stye on my left eye lid. I called 2 times today and the PA's nor doctors would call me back. I informed them of my spinal surgery and that I cannot drive. I was very disappointed.
