Bad service to veterans. Got there for my appointment and they didn't have the information from the VA ready so they wanted me to do their job and call the VA myself. Couldn't even give me a heads up call. Waste of gas and time.

So sad i paid out of pocket cost coupled with my insurance for glasses that are useless to meI had a second exam done at the same location to bring resolutions to the problemI was charged for the second examI refused to payI phoned the corporate office they directed the manager from the office in Bay City to speak with meThe conversation began with, " we offered you your new prescription and to wave it's fee."I responded with choice words as to call her a liar.In retaliation i went to the office, she gave me a prescription and asked me to leave and don't come backI am currently in the process of ......

This place is completely unprofessional. I had to come twice for a contact prescription and both times I waited about 45minutes to actually be seen by the doctor. She stood out the hall chatting with the other technicians while I waited in the chair. The exam itself took less than 10 minutes but I was there for an hour both times.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I know doctors can be busy but to be so indifferent to a patient is so disappointing especially if that patient is so desperate for help. My boyfriend had an appointment today to have his worsening floaters checked, combined with pain and severe eye dryness, but the doctor only saw him for like 2 minutes and not offering him much help. We came to this place basically of the good reviews but weve never been so disappointed of the lack of compassion and care. We drove back home with immense frustration. Thanks so much for showing not an ounce of care. What a waste of time.

HORRIBLE experience! I have vision insurance and $150 to use towards contact lenses. I even verified this benefit with my vision insurance. Mann Eye said they were not able to see this benefit on their end, so they called my vision insurance to verify benefits and they said 'yes she has $150' but Mann Eye said since they couldn't see this on their end they would not order contacts for me and that I needed to take my RX somewhere else. I was planning on getting Lasik from them in 3-6 months however, after this horrible experience with their rude, unhelpful staff I will NOT be using this provider any more!!!
