They are the only ophthalmology that repeats the first step twice. After the initial consultation and dilation they want you to go their far north office in a week for a repeat this time with a $450 out of pocket expense with dilation once again. This is when they prescribe the eye drops. Scam! No other ophthalmologist has this out of pocket expense repeating the actions of your first visit. The person consulting you on the options doesn't listen to you and keeps trying to get you to purchase one of their premium packages. If you just have a cataract, they want you to go full lasik. Try to tell them no.A waste of money and time.

Worst experience at an eye dr. I have ever had. I went in for my appointment they did my exam and then proceeded to tell me they could not order my contacts with out the records from my previous eye doctor. I signed the form so they could request them and was told to send dr. a picture of the prescription on the contacts I am currently wearing and they would call me to let me know how much my contacts would cost once they received everything. I did so and did not hear anything back from them. After about 3 weeks I followed up and they said they had not received my records from my previous dr. yet and they were not able to do anything until they received them. I found it odd that they did not call me to let me know they were having an issue receiving them but I call my previous eye Dr. to find out what was going on and they said they sent the fax multiple times. Mann Eye still said they did not receive so I tried faxing. Needless to say I was given 3 different fax #s and none worked. The dr. now claims there is a freckle in my eye and will not prescribe my contacts until he sees my prior charts. If it was such a big deal and he wont order my contacts why did they not reach out to me to follow up right away?? I guess they only care about patients that want to get lasik.

Be ready to wait at least 1 hour to see anyone. I have come 4 times and all 4 times that was the minimum waittime. They do not seem to be able to keep up with the schedule. In addition I was supposed to have surgery and I never got a call that it was rescheduled. Horrible customer service as a whole the doctor was OK.

My doctor was amazing !! The one star is for they're bad business practices. They tried to bill both my vision and medical insurance policies. Double dipping. It was discovered, I have cataracts. I've been up sold on several different procedures since my diagnosis. You know when they say you have a gut feeling, well that's the feeling I got. From my experience they are out to make the most money they can. I have decided to move forward with a different doctor over at Baylor. These are my eyes we are talking about. Not up selling me on options for a new car!! That whole experience did not feel right. However, like I said the ophthalmologist was amazing. Just wish she didn't work at that facility. Money hungry !!!
