They hate Veterans who use TriWest or the VA Community Care and will hang up on you and insult you until you cancel your appointment and go back to the VA or somewhere else.

I'm really tired on the missteps at Mann Eye.1. I'm waiting in the lobby to be called for my appointment, after an hour I go to the desk to be told I'd been checked out. How/ why, I hadn't been seen. :(2. I excitedly drive an hour to get my new glasses only to find a sign on the door the office closed early so I call to ask why, and I got a giggling girl on the other end saying. "Oh, we are celebrating the grand opening of a new location today that's why we closed early. " I'm sure they knew that well in advance, yet didn't have the courtesy to send a text letting people know of the early closure. This is my 3rd prescription given by doctors a Man Eye in 20 days, and I'd really like to know if this one is going to work.I'd really like my glasses that I've paid for.At the point, I highly recommend peoplee to shop around and not choose Mann Eye for their advertisements.Bad services

Mann Eye Institute has done a terrible job with my vision. 4 LASIK procedures (3 on left, 2 on the right) and 1 year and 10 months later, my left eye is now left with a painful 'balance' and 'focus' problem. The left eye has a problem where it feels really dry despite me putting in eye drops/lubrication which is producing a foggy-like view coming out of that eye. They don't have a single explanation as to why I am having complications with the procedure, all they've told me is that I am part of the 3% of people that this happens to. They don't have a solution for the 3% aside from more surgery. After it became quite evident that the enhancement procedures were not effective, the only thing they kept telling me over and over was, "give it time and continue to use the eye drops."They give you the paper work where you sign away your rights on THE DAY OF SURGERY, not prior so you can carefully review what it says. When I called to request my money back due to the horrific experience, I was told the manager would be calling me. I had a voice-mail from Hailey to call back to discuss the problem. When I was able to talk to her over the phone, I explained to her the complications and symptoms I've had and requested my money back. She was very rude, did not care what I had to say, and pretty much shoved the contract in my face and said, "we don't do refunds, it's in the contract and I can show it to you." Not even the slightest sign of empathy.I have made a terrible mistake in getting LASIK at Mann Eye Institute; they are an institution like any other who prioritizes profits over patients and do not stand behind their work. If you plan on getting LASIK, STAY AWAY from Mann Eye Institute - if things go south, they have nothing for you.
