I called to make an appointment to take care of a chalazion on my right eye. I was able to schedule for the same day (5/18/2021)....the fact that I had the procedure same day is the only reason they get a single star. After the procedure, I checked out. It wasn't until I got to my car that I realized I didn't get any aftercare instructions. Not a problem, I thought. I'll just call and have them email the instructions. I called and left a message. No response. I called my pharmacy and was told the prescription that Dr. Green had sent in (doxycycline 200mg slow release) was going to be $70. I've never paid that much for an antibiotic. I called back and was told to go on "goodrx.com" and use the coupon for it. There is no coupon for this medication on there. The pharmacy confirmed this. After calling on 4 separate occasions over 2 days. I finally got someone on the phone. They said that Dr. green refused to change the prescription because "that's what she prescribes". The lady (Cathy) that I spoke with informed me that she would have to handle it tomorrow because she gets off at 5pm and that's the soonest she would be able to get to it. She kept telling me to go on "Goodrx.com" to find the coupon. Again, I couldn't find it. She tried and she couldn't either. She insisted that her coworker (who conveniently wasn't in the office) had found it.$70 may not sound like a lot, but I am in the military and have limited income. My 2 y/o son was diagnosed with leukemia in January. Between paying for at home child care and cancer treatment/medications for him, I just don't have $70 to spend on an antibiotic. So now I'm waiting until tomorrow (48 hours after the procedure) before I can try AGAIN to get this resolved.And....I still haven't received the aftercare instructions that I requested to be emailed to me.Absolutely WILL NOT EVER recommend that anyone use this place.

So after posting my review I was contacted by the owner requesting my contact info. Nothing came of this since I'm sure there's nothing that they are willing to do to correct my condition. I always wondered why they respond to our reviews. I guess to give themselves a concerned appearance to everyone reading these reviews.

I went there because of all the positive reviews... I was told that I needed cat surgery and I went with the best option they offered! My sight is worse now than before the surgery. Then I was told I needed YAG surgery... more money and absolutely no help with my vision! Now I am told that I need additional services.... more money out of pocket! Every visit, it's more out of pocket money and yet no help with my vision... in my opinion... a complete waste of over $10,000. Not a satisfied customer!!!
