I went here to get an eye exam and new prescription. I was rushed by the doctor and basically forced to agree to a prescription I wasnt sure was right. When I got the glasses and contacts I said they were blurry and I couldnt see. I was told my eyes would adjust and to give it time. I went back and was again told my eyes would adjust. Finally I have the money to get another exam and precision family eyecare and they immediately were shocked by how off my glasses were. The initial exam said my eyes were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than my prescription. I would not recommend going here. Awful experience. The eyecare center in Walmart is amazing and the staff is so friendly. If you want a better experience I suggest going there.

The day of my appointment I had a great experience everything seemed like it went well until I received a text message that my eyewear had arrived and was available to pick up. I go ahead and leave work and rush to pick up my eyewear before they close just so they can let me know that they do not see an order for my glasses and just to tell me they have all my left eye contacts but not my right. One of the workers told me that I got that text because of my glasses arriving because they never text for contacts that instead they call, but obviously that was a lie since another lady told me that In their system they didnt even have my glasses ordered. It makes no sense to receive a text for it, if not both eyes are ready they need to fix their system. They need to get it together it seems they have a lack of communication between them. This will be my last time doing business with them.

Terrible place for eye exam. Doctor was arrogant, and did not even do exam, so assistant did it. Contacts were not correct, I had to come back to office to have them take it out.<br><br>Was thinking about Lasik, but no way I'd do it here if they cannot even get eye exam right.
