    Worst customer service experience ever. The support staff needs customer service training. Stephanie was such a rude medical assistant. In all my years, I have never observed such horrible customer service to patients. I will not be coming here ever again! It was a waste of time.

    Not professional doctors. I had a retina exam from the surgeon above their office. Unlike other doctors, they couldn't be bothered to either call upstairs, or let me go upstairs to get the specailist's test results. I guess their generic optometrist need the extra cash, since its December and all.

    Im really dissapointed of this place and had a bad first customer experience. I chose this place because of the positive reviews, not sure if they are fake. I originally made an appointment to see an Ophthalmologists for my symptom and the phone operator that i spoke to on 12-3-18 at 12:39PM even confirm I will need to see a Ophthalmologist NOT a optmetrist. After the exam, I found out that I wasnt seen by a Ophthalmologist, he was optometrist. To top it off, He had to refer me to a Ophthalmologist because he couldnt properly diagnose my symptoms. Another issue is I had to pay out a big amount of copay. This could have been prevented, save me money and time if I would have seen directly with a Ophthalmologist. Now I have to make another appointment with another Ophthalmologists and take off another day at work and not get paid. . I called and made a complaint to the office manager but he didnt seem to care about it. To provide good customer service, he could have done is reimburse me for my copay that I paid since there was an error made. Im really dissaponinted of this place and do NOT recommend .Update: I received a message from Delaney through yelp that she will call me but i have not received a call as yet! Another bad customer service from Mann eye!!

    Went for an exam there. After paying for the exam, dr said that my old prescription did not need any update. Bought a pair of glasses there to be fitted to my old prescription. For some reason, glasses came in very late when they promised they would arrive by a certain date. I spent most of last year away from home due to work, when I finally arrived back home, picked up my glasses and had to leave on travel again for work, to a major disappointment. The formula they placed on my glasses were like two shades weaker than my prescription. So I had to spend the rest of several months away for work with blurry glasses. When I got back home to ask them to adjust to the correct prescription, and explained that they had made a mistake by even showing them my old glasses with old prescrption clearly showing a much more powerful formula. When I picked up my glasses, again (what a hassle for someone like me who travels so much for work), they wanted to charge me AGAIN. I gave them their lenses backed and walked away extremely disappointed. An entire year wasted dealing with this kind of insensitive and irresponsible service. I let it go quietly because of my busy work schedule, giving them back the lenses and walking away.Last week, I was contacted by their payment department demanding payment for the lenses they kept. Beware of the lack of professionalism and careless service performing sloppy services while mostly focused on taking your insurance money. They charged my insurance twice and my portion of the out of pocket side two.Update:It's been a couple of months and they never called like they said they would.
