This place is horrible. I've been trying to get a new refund check from them for more than a year (since they issued one to me dated the previous year and my bank wouldn't take it). After being placed on hold just now for 17 minutes, they just hung up on me. It really seems like standard practice to over bill customers and cheat insurance companies. I would not trust them with Lasik or anything else! This place is really unethical, the staff is rude and unhelpful and the treatment rooms have dirty equipment.

Good Doctor, but poor business operations. Watch your wallet!I did get a call back within 24 hours of this review from Mann. They were concerned and management resolved the issue.Very good follow-on customer service. We will continue to use Mann.
